Natalie Sadek
Registered PT Resident
Natalie is an enthusiastic and compassionate physiotherapy resident who graduated from the University of Ottawa. With a background as a former rhythmic gymnast and many years of experience coaching rhythmic gymnastics, she brings a strong understanding of movement, coordination, and body awareness into her clinical practice. Natalie has worked with individuals of all ages, allowing her to adapt her approach to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Natalie has a special interest in pediatric physiotherapy, including the management of torticollis, toe walking, cerebral palsy, ADHD, ASD and developmental delays. She also enjoys working with neurological conditions such as strokes, as well as orthopedic conditions and chronic pain. Known for her curious and energetic approach, Natalie strives to make therapy engaging while maintaining a foundation in evidence-based care. She strongly believes in seeing each patient as a whole person, not just an injury or diagnosis, and values building meaningful connections to support long-term progress.
Natalie has completed an introductory Bobath course in treatment of clients with stroke. Natalie provides physiotherapy services in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, dancing, reading, and watching movies.
